About

You name it, I've done it. 😎

I'm Elizabeth.

- a product designer by choice. I've been a professional systems thinker for 10 years and have delivered some incredible work for some amazing companies - Southwest Airlines, Hilton, American Express .. to name a few of the bigger ones.

More recently, I've been focused on helping a few seed stage start ups with their product design process and strategy. Everything from research, to defining and ideation, prototyping, and execution - You name it, I've done it.

I've also worked closely with C-level executives and top talent engineering teams to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions. I also have experience mentoring designers in the past to help them achieve their design career goals.

My favorite part of everything I do is the collaboration process with cross-functional teammates and, most importantly, users, users, and more users.

I love my job.
I'm committed to helping everyone easily navigate and interact with technology. Well-designed technology has the potential to be powerful and effective. I want users to feel good about how they’re investing their time and money through each experience that I get to craft for them.

I will always deliver good results.

I've been fortunate to have a career where I've had positive outcomes through the work I've delivered. I'm confident in my work and proud of everything I've designed.

Who is your celebrity dinner with and why (dead or alive)?

I would love to have a nice dinner with Queen Elizabeth II. First and foremost, she has a pretty cool name. Second, (and most important) she lived through decades of history and had conversations with a number of world leaders.

What is my 'why' every day?

I am a first-generation daughter to two immigrant parents who lived through the Vietnam War (my dad, an Air Force pilot, and my mom a home caretaker). They fought for their freedom and decided to leave to give their kids a better life.
